Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. She won her Professional Card within a year, at the age of 17. Thus becoming one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue her education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the contest. Summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up and then moves on to working out. Ariel will also make use of every minute. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
