She had a varied career and collaborated with groups of executives to reach corporate goals and objectives, especially when there was rapid change and growth. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals of companies and plans included planning for organizational and performance employees' engagement, as well as the evolution of management. She's passionate about learning and envisions leadership and team improvement as the best competitive edge. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing coaches and leaders with demonstrated results. The experience has helped to create an environment that was open to learning innovation and changed for improvement of employees and teams. Annmarie has felt compelled to share her expertise and energy to help support the mission of Learning Ally. When she has time off, she also provides support for a variety of non-profit organisations. These include being a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women to become leaders. workshops for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization within North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking as well as advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national focused on reversing the dependency crisis in the United States in educating communities to help those in the grip of addiction.
