Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for the management of all of our People, Talent and Culture policies. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across a range of industries together with the leaders of their teams to improve business outcomes, particularly during times when growth is rapid and change occurs with a focus on creating an aligned, coordinated, and effective the global strategy of people. Annmarie is a respected advisor that has assisted with translating corporate plans and goals into employees and the business through engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about learning and sees team and leadership development as the ultimate competitive advantage. Her experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized companies, building leadership and coaching programs with demonstrated results. These experiences helped develop corporate cultures that embraced innovative learning methods and transformed for improvement of employees as well as teams. While Annmarie is inspired to devote her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support to a number of non-profit groups in her spare time. Annmarie is an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated in helping women to become leaders. She also provides training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The professional organization has a mission of providing an avenue for communication and support to health care facilities in the hospitality sector.
