Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer at Learning Ally, responsible for managing the entire aspect of our People, Culture, and Culture strategies. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across various sectors together with the leaders of their teams to increase the effectiveness of business in particular during periods that are characterized by rapid growth and transformation through focusing on establishing the right alignment, coordinating, and implementing a global people strategy. Annmarie is a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies to business and people strategy through changes management and employee engagement. Awed by leadership her focus is on team building and learning as the key to competitive advantage. She has been involved in Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders and providing coaching with evidence-based results. It was through this experience that she helped build organizational cultures which embraced learning innovation and changed for the benefit of both individuals and teams. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to invest her energy and time to support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support to several non- profit groups in her spare time.
