Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She had a varied career and collaborated with teams of senior leaders to accomplish business goals, and particularly in the midst of rapid changes and expansion. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about learning as she sees leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive edge. Her extensive experience in small and mid-sized enterprises in addition to Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes have helped to create an environment that promotes the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals teams as well as the entire organization. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her talents and time to this cause. In addition, she is a supporter of several non-profit organisations in the time she has off. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
