She has worked in a variety of industries alongside leaders and teams to enhance business results especially during times of growth and rapid transformation by developing, aligning, and leading the global strategy of people. Annmarie is a trusted adviser who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies to human and business strategies through changes management and employee engagement. She is passionate about education and considers teams and leadership as her best advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's created and guided leaders who shown results and success. Her work helped to create cultures within organizations which encourage learning and creativity. Annmarie was inspired to give her talents and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working she provides assistance to several non-profit organizations. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is among them. The purpose of the committee is to help women become leaders. It also provides training as well as networking opportunities to Hospitality Healthcare Network, an association that has professional members across North America.
