Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached leaders who have achieved results and have had success. Her work helped to develop cultures in companies which encourage learning and creativity. It includes serving as a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to assisting women grow as leaders providing instruction for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association within North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking as well as advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also helping to support Shatterproof which is a nationwide non-profit organisation that is dedicated to stopping the addiction epidemic within the United States in educating communities in helping those impacted by the disease of addiction.
