Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for people, management of people along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She has worked with leaders in various industries to help improve the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide objectives and strategic plans into business strategies and employee engagement. She is of the opinion that learning is one of the key elements of leadership. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped in creating cultures which foster learning and creativity which positively affect teams as well as individuals. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to devote her energy and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she is currently providing support to several non- profit organizations in her free time. This includes being an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders providing training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association located in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, as well as advocacy for healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction.
