Hilary Duff was born on September 28th, 1987. Houston, Texas is the place where she was born. The actress quickly became one of most beloved and well-known actresses of the present. Haylie Duff's sister Susan Duff is also the second child of her. Hilary was inspired by her sister's desire to travel along with Cecchetti Ballet as a young girl.
